And congratulations to Todd, our third and final winner. A great example of the stunning auroras that you can capture with our cameras on the Aurora Chase™. Todd will receive an A2 print for his fine picture.

Congratulations to Vivienne our second winner. It's not easy to balance the light of the night sky with artificial light needed to light the face. It works very well in this picture.

We're proud to announce the winners of our Print Competition for best pics of aurora season 2017/18 with Arctic Frontier. Congratulations to Andy, Vivienne and Todd. There were so many great pics to choose from so we decided to award 3 winners. This pic is by Andy. Ghost-like auroras dance above a frozen lake, with the Keimio Fell just visible through the mist. The bright conditions are a result of a full moon. We'll feature the other winners in the coming days.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our Aurora Season!

    Arctic Blog

Our blog has become an almost daily diary for Arctic Frontier. See the changing seasons, check out the aurora conditions and click on our archive to get an idea of what to expect when you come to Levi.

We share moments of our lives, some photography tips and reveal the beauty of the Arctic environment that we live in.

The photographs show the time of season, and most images are taken near the time of the post. The pictures highlight not only the beauty of the Northern Lights, but also the landscape they shine upon.
