Our bounty is this big bolete. We've been extending our foraging range and heading further north to look for these beauties. Come and collect wild food with us on our wild food experiences, or cook these beauties in our Wild Food Cooking Workshop.

A lichen paradise. Mushroom season has arrived and we are picking every day! Foraging is such a great way to explore the forests here - you notice the smallest things when you are looking for mushrooms.

Our aurora season starts in 2 weeks. We are now taking bookings for the Aurora Chase™. Cameras, tripods, remote controls and professional instruction provided. And you get to keep the memory card with your very own pictures of the aurora.
