The lakes are still wet.

This blog provides information about current aurora activity in Finnish Lapland and the viewing conditions. Northern light photography requires aurora activity, clear to partly cloudy skies, and preferably little wind. Look out for occasional tips to get you ready for your own Arctic photography adventure.

The photographs illustrate the time of season, and most images are taken near the time of the post, The pictures highlight not only the beauty of the northern lights, but also the landscape they shine upon.
