 Dried nettle seeds are a great addition to cream cheese, with a little lemon rind. Serve as a spread with your favourite bread. The seeds taste like an earthy spinach and have a texture of chia seeds, but without the 'slime'. We'll keep experimenting with this tasty wild food!
